We’re a dedicated family of TV and feature film professionals, all working together to create the best content possible. As a creative bunch we enjoy working on exciting projects and with passionate clients. Take a look below to see what each one of us brings to the team.
Matt is a writer/director and one half of filmmaking duo Matt & Vince. Having made their first film together at 16, they’ve been unable to do anything else since. Together they write for TV and film, direct commercials for cinema and TV, and run this very lovely production company.
What do you love about your job?
I particularly enjoy writing scripts for TV, having worked on popular shows such as Doctors (BBC), Casualty (BBC), Lewis (ITV), and exciting new drama The Coroner (BBC). I’m also a big fan of working with new clients on that first film. There’s something exciting and electric about working as a team to come up with the right idea and then working to get it made. It’s the creative spark, the communal spirit, that I think filmmaking is all about.
Biggest accomplishment?
Keeping my desk tidy – too many scribbled post-it notes!
Favourite movie?
The Indiana Jones trilogy (choose one? Raiders!)
Sweet or salted?
Not a huge fan of popcorn to be honest…
Vince is a writer/director, motion graphics wizard and the other half of Matt & Vince. He and Matt became filmmakers for hire right after school; one job saw them atop a building next to the MI6 HQ, where they were buzzed by two helicopters. Anything for the perfect shot!
What do you love about your job?
I love the euphoric buzz of being on set, directing actors and crew, problem solving and turning what has been an abstract concept into a finished product.
Biggest accomplishment?
That time it rained and I built a huge wooden ship and managed to squeeze in two of every animal.
Favourite movie?
Jim Henson’s Labyrinth, Muppets Treasure Island or Back to the Future.
Sweet or salted?
Sweet AND Salted. And Minstrels mixed in! Every handful is a delight!
Elizabeth is a talented scriptwriter and veteran copywriter. Alongside the wordsmithery, she’s got marketing savvy and works for national and international clients across a diverse range of industries.
What do you love about your job?
Working with and for passionate people, playing with words and nailing cool combinations, and getting creative with stories.
Biggest accomplishment?
I’ve been fortunate to enjoy lots of good moments big and small. Whether it’s getting great feedback when I’ve captured someone’s voice or expressed an idea the way they wanted, or the big bucks triumphs like helping my clients make over £6 million in the last 4 years, it’s all good.
Favourite movie?
There’s no way I could choose just one!
Sweet or salted?
Salted all the way. I can easily consume a huge blood-pressure increasing pack in one sitting.
The life and soul of any shoot, Billy is a veteran of film and TV, bringing decades of experience (and stories!) to sound recording.
What do you love about your job?
Each job that I do is different from the last. Every day is a window into someone else’s soul.
Biggest accomplishment?
Recording good, clean audio on Matt & Vince’s drama that helped the film win an RTS award for Best Sound Design.
Favourite movie?
Saving Private Ryan.
Sweet or salted?
Definitely salted.
Andrew is a cinematographer and ace Steadicam® operator. Coming from a background in fashion photography, Andrew has worked for dozens of big-name clients, including Samsung and international hair replacement giants, HIS.
What do you love about your job?
Problem solving and getting things to work out how I see them in my head.
Biggest accomplishment?
For me, that changes every day. Today, probably my latest music video for Zara Kershaw.
Favourite movie?
There will be blood or Aliens… or Toy Story 3. Possibly in that order.
Sweet or salted?
Both of course – why choose?
Lauren is a self-shooting wizard and DoP, regularly working in Ireland and UK, creating award-winning short films and music videos. Lauren also shares her knowledge with popular filmmaking summer camps.
What do you love about your job?
I love creative collaboration and working with likeminded people in a profession that takes me all over the world. I love that every day is different!
Biggest accomplishment?
On paper it’s probably my recent Warner Brothers credit. However, I am most proud of my mentoring role at the summer film camps where I pass on my experience of the film industry to young filmmakers.
Favourite movie?
Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind.
Sweet or salted?
If it’s edible I will probably eat it, but toffee preferably.

What do you love about your job?
Working with Billy Bannister! Second to that I love trying to make things look beautiful through the camera lens.
Biggest accomplishment?
I did a couple of little projects for Sony Pictures online which were great fun. Parkour/Freerunner jumping 20ft in the air and bikes riding on the wall of 30ft drops, my palms were sweating just watching.
Favourite movie?
It has to be Terminator 2, amazing special effects and superb soundtrack.
Sweet or salted?
I like either but I would probably choose sweet given the choice.
Michael is a trusted pair of hands and a bona fide movie producer having produced or co-produced projects with budgets ranging from £2,500 to £2.5 million for everyone from Sony Pictures to Oxfam and even the Ministry of Justice… or was he just on trial at the time? (we forget!)
What do you love about your job?
Coming up with ideas and seeing them come to life. It’s just like being a kid, we imagine the impossible and make it possible.
Biggest accomplishment?
Probably getting my mugshot next to the high-trousered king of talent, Simon Cowell, during the production of Pudsey the Movie (it’s an actual film I promise!) and getting to work with the talented David Walliams (Little Britain) who gave the dancing dog a voice. Pretty sure the pooch got my trailer though…
Favourite movie?
No true film fan can pick just one – all depends on my mood or the genre. For action it’s got to be John McClane in Die Hard. For adventure it’s “never say die” for Sloth and The Goonies.
Sweet or salted?
My Nan says I’m very sweet.
Nico is a motion graphics genius, with years of experience creating animations for TV, cinema and online. His work includes music videos for the hit band, Ash. Nico is perhaps the most charming, best dressed animator you’ll ever meet this side of the French Riviera.
What do you love about your job?
Hearing from a happy client who was expecting something good, but got something ace.
Biggest accomplishment?
Completing a few music videos for some true childhood heroes.
Favourite movie?
Back to the Future, Wall-E and the Empire Strikes Back fighting it out on a mountaintop.
Sweet or salted?
Together, forever.
Jay provides two very different roles for Popcorn. He’s a talented, versatile actor with a host of credits to his name from TV, film and advertising. He also has a huge interest in film production and marketing, utilising that knowledge and experience to get your film the attention it deserves.
What do you love about your job?
I’m an artist at heart, so I’ll use any excuse to surround myself with like-minded creative folk, throw crazy ideas around and bring ideas to life.
Biggest accomplishment?
Doing impressions of crying babies and folding my ears in is all well and good, but it doesn’t pay the bills for long. Then again, neither did being the lead in the feature film, ‘Pulp’, or acting alongside Idris Elba in ‘A Hundred Streets’.
Favourite movie?
Depends who’s asking. If you’re testing my film buff-ness, ‘Memento’ and the original ‘Oldboy’. If you’re a geek, I love me a bit of ‘Lord of the Rings’. For everyone else, let’s just say ‘Shawshank Redemption’.
Sweet or salted?
I always choose mixed. But then always regret it. So who knows? Who knows? (CUT TO: BLACK)
